HOTEL POLICY

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
· The reservations are accepted by the manager or the receptionist by the phone or by e-mail and are confirmed by means of issuing of reservation number within 48 hours after receiving the request.

·In order the reservation to be guaranteed the hotel asks a deposit to be paid as follows:

 Middle  and Low Season – prepayment of the first night rate 

High season – prepayment of 50% of the entire sum, for each room reservation

The deposit can be transferred by bank or paid by credit card, after the guest receives the Letter of confirmation by the hotel.

· CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

LOW SEASON /07.02-30.04; 01.10-28.12/: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged, later , the first night rate will be required as a penalty fee. 

MIDDLE SEASON /01.05-14.07; 26.08-30.09/: If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged, later, the first night rate will be required as a penalty fee.

HIGH SEASON /15.07-25.08/: If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival or , no fee will be charged, later , the 50% deposit,  will be required as a penalty fee.

In case of NO SHOW  and according to the prepayment terms, the deposit will be kept as a penalty fee..

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
· Check-in after 14.00 h
· Check-out up to 12.00 p.m.
· In case of prolonged stay:

up to 14.00h ,  20 BGN fee will be charged,

up to 18.00 h – 60.00 BGN and

after 18.00h the full price of a room will be charged.

VISITORS
We kindly ask You to register any visitor staying in Your room after 12:00 p.m. at the reception. 

TERMS OF REGISTRATION UPON CHECK-IN
For registration in the hotel, all the guests need  a valid passport or  an ID card, presented at the reception desk, upon arrival.

CHILDREN
All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stay free of charge when uses existing beds.
One child under 2 years stay free of charge using a cot.
One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge on an extra bed.
One child above 12 years is considered an adult and will be charged  35% of the room rate,  per night,  accommodated on an extra bed in a double room and an Arabian style studio.

EXTRA BEDS/BABY COTS
Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a double room and an Arabian style studio is 1.
