ACCOMMODATION AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

* The indicated prices are per person, per package, calculated on the base of two adults accommodated in the various types of rooms. All taxes and 9% VAT included!

* Every adult accommodated on an extra bed in an one-bedroom suite, two-bedroom suite or a family room , pays only the food package and spa-voucher  – 330 BGN/ 176 €

* A child 2-11.99 years old accommodated on an extra-bed with 2 adults, stay free and pay extra a kid’s package – 160 BGN/81.80 €

*The hotel conditions do not allow accommodation of 2 adult with 2 or more children in a double room and Arabian studio. 

Studio “Romance” will be sold at the rates of the family room.

The hotel will keep the right to arrange the guests and tables for the Festive dinner.

* Entering the hotel rooms and restaurant with own food and alcohol is not admitted and will be charged extra according to the place’s price list.

* Guests receive 2 key cards per room upon check-in and are expected to turn them back upon check-out. In case of lost or damage guest will be charged 5 BGN/card.

* Guest should choose the Gala dinner menu option in advance and inform the reception desk.

Terms of payment:

50 % deposit of the value of the reservation paid up to 7 days after the confirmation of the booking otherwise it will be considered cancelled.

The rest 50% to be transferred to the hotel bank account, paid in cash or by credit card by

01st December 2024.

The entire amount will be charged for reservations made and confirmed after 1^st December, 2024.

Cancellation policy:

For Cancellations of the reservation made after 1^st December, 2024 the hotel will reserve the right to keep the entire amount -100% as a penalty fee

In case of no-show the hotel will reserve the right to keep the entire amount -100% as a penalty fee.
